New Telephone Numbers

With immediate effect, we have a new phone number – instead of the 08 number we have always used, we have now updated this with an 03 number – 03456 800008

Why?
Due to changes in the Ofcom regulations, although 08 numbers were charged at local rate from landlines, most mobile networks didn’t actually include these numbers in their inclusive call packages. Calls to 03 numbers are included in any inclusive minutes deal from any line including fixed line or mobile and otherwise cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number.

Please simply replace the 08 with an 03, but to confirm:

Our existing number: 08456 800008
Our NEW number: 03456 800008

The 08 number will continue to function, but please update your records now.
